I have been going to Sacramento Raceway instead because of its more laid back environment and it being heads up racing which is way more fun for me. Drag racing to me now is only a measure of acceleration which is neat only because there is a universal measurement of how fast it is unlike at the road course where its hard to put a number on how your car handles that people understand.
     My best time to date is 12.71 at 108. Since this run I have changed my entire fuel system minus the actual tank and the carb. My dyno sheet showed a peak HP at 6600rpm but according to the track I was not making power after 5500. Drag racing is a great tool to see where you are missing out on power and to test and tune along the way.
