Ford Probe : Blue Car

This car I picked up from my dad back in October 2002. There was not enough room for the car at his house and it was worth more to me than he could sell it for so now its mine. It is a 1993 Ford Probe GT 5-speed, DOHC V6. This car has been though a lot, tips to Wyoming, Thunder Hill, 100 miles of driving to a day to Knightsen for work, the list goes on. This car is really amazing for that it is. It's inputs are all so dialed, the way the steering feels, clutch pressure, brake pressure, shifter... Seats I am looking to transplant into the Datsun as well. They have good support and are mechanically adjustable. The modifications to this car are minimal but they are as listed below.
I sold the blue car 7.22.06. It was pretty sad to let her go but I believe she went to a good place. The guy I sold it to seems to want to fix it up and drive it. Not beat it up and wreck it. He says he will keep me posted on its progress which will show up here too if I get more information.

Stereo

Brian Riley and I designed a stereo system to be hidden in the blue car. It had a Sony 15" sub, Rockford Fostgate amp, Infinity speakers and the deck was a loaner I don't remember what brand it was. The system sounded really good for less than $500 invested.

Brakes

Whom ever, not naming names, owned this car before me had a habit of heavy late braking and warped rotors beyond turnability. The most cost effective replacement were some drilled/slotted rotors from Ebay. I of course had to paint the calipers with VHT brand caliper paint. Just looks neat, no other reason.

Roll Bar

I didn't want to have this car be too fancy/ricey as far as modification goes. I figured a 6 point roll bar couldn't hurt this uni-body. The door bars are bent to clear the stock door panels and window cranks. Some how by accident the trunk release lever and gas door lever clear the bar as well. Although the difference from stock is not dramatic, the car feels more rigid and does not make as much noise over bumps.
